The campus is located in a lush environment and there are several ponds. It is a great place to take walks during your lunch break or to sit in the grass when the weather is nice. There is a supermarket on the campus, along with various food stands and a day-care centre.

With a sports card, you can participate in a wide range of athletics at the Sports Centre de Bongerd. This sports centre is also located on campus.

Wageningen is centrally located within the Netherlands: it only takes an hour to get to Amsterdam or the beach and you can reach neighbouring Germany in just a half hour.
